  • Most of our gel products contain HEMA (2-Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate) — the exception is our Builder Gel range, which is HEMA-free. HEMA is a professional-grade ingredient that gives gel products their excellent adhesion and performance. Our products are sold exclusively to qualified nail technicians who are trained in safe application. Want to know more? Read our full guide on HEMA.

  • Our Store is in 1 Arbors Track Silverdale Auckland and we are available from 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday for pick up and in store shopping.

  • Currently we accept payment by either , Credit Card , Afterpay , Klarna & Bank deposit.

  • We hussle to get your goodies out the same day using NZ Post, but please allow 2-3 days for your package to land safely ( And a bit longer if it is a public holiday or one of our big sale events - We go a little crazy sometimes)

    Shipping outside NZ - give it 7-10 days to arrive

  • Oh Honey..... As much as we love a bargain, you cant. Our sale prices are already giving you the love. One discount at a time.

  • We don't accept returns, so please choose your goodies carefully before checking out. Every product is handled with love and care, and for hygiene reasons, we can take them back once they have left our hands.

  • We will happily issue a refund if:

    • A product was out of stock, but still managed to sneak its way through checkout. ( naughty system)
    • A bath issue popped up - we will make sure you are taken care of right away.

  • Yes! You always start with the Queen " Rubber Base "

    This allows great adhesion and flexibility

  • Rubber base is your base coat for any nail system.

  • We don't, but you use a droplet of our clear rubber base.

    This keeps them in place without falling off.

  • Absolutely Baby! You will get the best adhesion when you use your rubber base as your first layer.
