Apply a thin layer Bloom-It Gel over any cured colour gel polish (Do not cure the thin layer Bloom-It Gel). With another colour Gel Polish apply dots or draw a flower onto the wet layer Bloom-It Gel and allow the Gel Polish to bloom and spread. Cure for 30sec (Please see example below) Enjoy a beautifull and easy art design. Many different and beautifull designs can be created with our Bloom-It Gel.
