• New Zealand Standard: All orders within New Zealand typically take 2–3 business days to be delivered.
• New Zealand Rural: Rural orders typically take 3–6 business days to be delivered. Rural delivery is automatically detected at checkout based on your postcode — no need to select it manually.
• Australia: For orders to Australia, shipping usually takes 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processes.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Delivery (NZ): $8.50 per order
• Standard Delivery (NZ): Free on orders over $180
• Rural Delivery (NZ): $14.50 per order
• Rural Delivery (NZ): $6.00 on orders over $180
• Australia: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during sale periods or public holidays.

International Orders: Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply in your country. These are not covered by Nails Factor Supplies and are the responsibility of the customer.
