Refund policy
At Nails Factor Supplies, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is mechanically faulty, in which case it will be evaluated first. Gel polishes cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orders@nailsfactorsupplies.co.nz if your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product. For items eligible for a replacement due to mechanical faults, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for any products except in the case of mechanical faults. This includes gel polishes, electric file services, electric file parts, online education, in-person class deposits, sale items, and gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items deemed mechanically faulty after an evaluation. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
